Before the meeting you get a list of members present. Please fill in the form and give it back to me. Every year there are many changes in the list and we want to keep the list up to date.
All information/remarks and proposals you send me after receiving this information will be handed over before the annual ESBC Meeting.
The rules of ESBC 2009 will be used in the meeting, after the meeting the secretary of ESBC will send you the rules of 2010, according to the decisions made in the meeting.
Due to strict weight limits of the flight to Prague, I will not have any spare letters and rules with me, so please take all necessary papers and documents with you to Czech Republic. Thanks.
I want to ask countries willing to host the European championships to send me their applications. If the new rules are accepted we will need hosts for three years and will vote upon these countries during this meeting. We have applications from Israel, wanting to host the EC in 2011 and from The Netherlands for 2012. During the last meeting there also was a remark that Catalonia wanted to host the EC, but the Federation informedme that they are not interested right now and they will let me know when thissituation changes.
Bengt Svanstrom is available for re-election as treasurer
And for the new job of Tournament Manager/Director we are very pleasedthat Christian Mathieu and Raimo Lahti are willing to accept this job.
If there are other candidates for the function of treasurer in the ESBC or candidates for permanent Tournament Manager/Director in the presidium, please write me as soon as you can.
